LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:

 

No one is as close as we are. A 5-7 minute walk to the free Disney parking lot tram eliminates $18/day parking fees as well as traffic in and out of the park. Magic Way (the Disney Resort entrance) leads right to our front door.

VALUE STAY:

 

This condo's finishes have not been updated and my low rates reflect that. As a mother of 4 children, my goal is to provide families an affordable way to stay together in one space. With one King bed and a 3-singles in the bunk room, this unit is best suited for 2 adults and their children. The home is decorated nicely making it warm and inviting regardless of the updates you may get for a higher price. We hope you appreciate the savings on your family vacation here. And please don't mark me down in your review because the unit is not updated.

 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - SLEEPS 6:

 

~The kids bunk room has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin trundle underneath. Netflix, sleeps 3 CHILDREN comfortably.

 

~The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, private bathroom, and Netflix, sleeps two.

 

~There is a pack-n-play crib as well as a queen size self-inflating air mattress.

 

~Two full bathrooms upstairs is a blessing when you are getting ready in the morning or need to unwind with a bath or foot soak at the end of the day. A third bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.

 

How it works:

 

Rate is for up to six guests max. Children under 12 MONTHS stay free.

 

Cleaning fee required.

 

One parking space is free, NO second parking space available.

 

City of Anaheim lodging tax.

 

Balance is due 60 days prior to check in. The damage deposit is typically refunded within one week.

 

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Early or late check out available upon request if there are no conflicts.
