Upon entering the ground level of the home you find yourself in the first of 2 comfortable living areas featuring two plush sofa's, large flat screen TV with DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with range/ cook top, microwave, dishwasher and a full size Sub Zero refrigerator, a full size cabana bathroom, fully equipped laundry room, all overlooking 2 private covered outdoor patios and the private pool.
The covered patio area adjacent to the downstairs kitchen features a gas BBQ grill and a dining space which seats up to 10 guests all situated conveniently next to the pool. The second covered patio off the living area includes all the furnishings necessary for lounging and relaxing poolside. The swimming pool is totally private, sheltered by the tall Ficus hedging and tropical landscaping. Another wonderful feature of this home's exterior is the all natural misting system which surrounds the perimeter of the property which automatically sends a mist of Gardenia oil into the air twice a day to ward off any flying pests which are common in tropical climates.
From the ground floor you can reach the upper 2 levels of the home via a private interior elevator or a take a few steps up the grand stairway.
