Magnolia House 207 is a stunning one-bedroom, one-bath condo offering exquisite beachy décor and breathtaking views of the gulf, Destin pass and surrounding Destin Pointe community. With a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Magnolia House 207 accommodates up to four guests comfortably. Upscale wood flooring adorns the entryway and guest bathroom, and carpeting is presented in the living area and bedroom, offering a truly “at home” ambience from the moment you enter. Upon entering, you will find the bedroom on your right, offering its own private oasis. Unwind after a long day on the comfortable king-size bed and watch your favorite movie or television show with the large, mounted flat-screen television and DVD player. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall area, and offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. There is an in-unit washer and dryer combination as well, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. Down the hall is the fully-equipped kitchen on the right, offering lovely granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.
Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)
As of Monday, March 22, 2021, the north elevator at Magnolia House will be unavailable until May 31, 2021, as it is being replaced. The south elevator will still be operable during this time.
Parking Notes: Parking Passes will be handed out upon arrival at the Security Gate. There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
