The Coquina Condominiums are beautifully appointed with a community pool, a fish-cleaning station, a grilling area, and tennis, shuffleboard, and basketball courts. You'll be perfectly located for exploring Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and the many public access points to beaches in the area. This beachfront property is only 13 miles south of downtown St. Augustine, and two miles north of the 18th century Spanish fort at Fort Matanzas National Monument.

Parking Notes: Parking passes are no longer required at Coquina. Each unit has one (1) dedicated space adjacent to the unit. Additionally, guests are allowed to park no more than three (3) additional vehicles on-site at no cost. Large vehicles and additional cars must be parked on the outer lot perimeter spaces. All other guests will need to park along AlA. No motor homes are allowed on the property. Boats/trailers, jet skis/trailers, or other recreational equipment brought into Coquina property by a guest or renters must have prior approval by the site manager or the Board of Directors.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
