It features a king bed, chaise lounge, flat-screen TV, private deck overlooking the marsh, and bathroom with two vanities, soaking tub, and shower. The second master suite is located in the wing off the kitchen. It offers a king bed, two cozy chairs, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, access to the pool deck, and bathroom with shower. A queen bedroom, also located in the wing off the kitchen, features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, access to the pool deck, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. A half bathroom and laundry room complete the first floor.
The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower/tub combination. The other bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (offering 4 twin beds), two cozy chairs for reading, watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, or listening to your music on the iPOD dock, and a bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The home’s incredible outdoor space allows plenty of room for everyone to relax and absorb the peaceful views. The home’s private pool, which spans the width of the deck, overlooks the tranquil marshes of Kiawah. The pool is approximately 37ft x 13ft. The deck offers four lounge chairs, a table with seating for 6, and a gas grill. The screened porch features a floating sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Additionally, an area of the lower level has been converted to a game room enclosed by decorative curtains and contains two comfortable chairs, rugs, and several game tables. There is a combination ping pong/air hockey table, a foosball table, and magnetic darts among other games. The home is furnished with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, and more.

Stays of 3 nights will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.
This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
