There is a second living space off of the kitchen that offers a flat screen mounted TV, sofa, chairs, round table for 5 and bar area with beverage cooler. The fully- equipped, updated kitchen offers a large center island with 3 barstool seats, granite counter tops and nice built-in appliances. The formal dining room offers a table and 7 chairs, perfect for guests to enjoy meals at. Guests will enjoy the all-weather sunroom featuring a sofa, love seat, 3 chairs, and the large back deck with gas grill, 4 comfortable chairs, and lagoon view.
The main floor master suite is a private sanctuary with a king bed, TV, and bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with bench, soaking tub and vanity with 2 sinks. Also, on that side of the house is a separate sitting area with sleeper sofa, large TV, 2 chairs and access to the back deck. A laundry room complete the elevated first floor.
Head to the second floor and you will find a parent-child suite that offers a bedroom with 2 twin beds, access to balcony, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed (there is no door separating the bedrooms). These bedrooms share a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The other upstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed, access to balcony, and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
