Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table, chairs and bench to seat 6. Enjoy reading a book or soaking in the view from the adorable sunroom.
Step out onto the back deck and enjoy the crystal-clear private pool, lounge chairs, table for al fresco dining, gas grill and ceiling fans. Guests can use the outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at Kiawah’s beach. You may never want to leave this wonderful outdoor living space!
The first- floor master suites features a king-sized bed, direct access to the back deck, and a spacious master bath featuring his and her vanities, walk-in shower and, soaking tub. A laundry room completes the first floor. Head to the second floor via stairs or elevator and find more living space. This area includes comfortable furnishings and a kitchen area with stainless steel wine fridge, sink, and microwave. The second-floor master suite includes a king-sized bed, direct access to a screened porch and deck with views of the pool and pond, and a master bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another queen bedroom with deck access shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bedroom featuring two twin beds and deck access. The Jack and Jill bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The spacious sixth bedroom is located on the third floor. It features a twin over twin bunk bed, a full-sized bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation.
