The powder room and laundry room are just off the kitchen. The master suite features a king bed, bathroom with double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate large shower. The second master in the main house offers a king bed, cozy chair, and bathroom with double sinks, large tub, and separate shower.
The main house is connected to the guest house by a covered walkway. The courtyard area features a gas grill, private pool, covered dining area for six, sofa, and lounge chairs. The pool is approximately 26ft x 13ft. The guest house includes two bedrooms, one with two full beds and one with two twin over full bunk beds, which open to the pool area. The bedrooms are connected by a hall and share a bathroom with shower.

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
All of the televisions in the house utilize streaming television through the Xfinity App but only 5 of the 7 TVs in the house can view Xfinity channels simultaneously. The TVs also offer the option to login to your own apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation.
