Blue Haven Pools will be starting construction of this backyard paradise in January 2020, with an expected completion date of June 2020. Professional photos of the new pool will be captured as soon as construction is complete. Once the pool project is done, the backyard grounds will be redone with fresh plantings and new grass. Your family will have a hard time leaving the new private pool for the short walk to the beach.
The location of #11 on 43rd is terrific. The home is positioned on a corner lot with the beach being exactly one short block away. When you arrive at the beach, your family will discover that it is one of the best stretches of sand and surf on the island.
