*Please note that the parking garage is under the building and that the clearance is extremely low. Only one car is allowed for this condo. Large vehicles will not fit and must be parked at a nearby lot, such as the free parking garage at the Cooper Creek shopping area. Thanks!
Parking Notes: This condo has parking for two vehicles in the covered garage. There are no assigned spots, so park anywhere. This is a very tight garage; please be extremely careful parking and reversing in this area. Although the spots are small, please park between the lines and be respectful of other renters and owners. Make sure to go up the stairs closer to the exit of the garage that indicate access to unit #6 on the door.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
