Nothing is more important to the us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe.
The Space:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
Our modern 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a couch, and an air mattress. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
You’re conveniently located in middle of the action. As soon as you step outside, you’re surrounded by options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. You’re also located right outside of Midtown Atlanta. Midtown is a busy commercial area and a vibrant arts hub. Peachtree Street is a hotspot for comedy, bars, and big-name shops, with eating options ranging from street food to fine dining.
Getting Around:
Your suite is located on 14th St NW, a main road in Atlanta. This can take you throughout the city with ease if traveling by car. MARTA is Atlanta’s Public Transit rail system, that can take you in and out of Atlanta’s neighborhoods. The newest means of transportation is the Atlanta Streetcar that operates on a 2.7-mile loop from the convention and entertainment district to the Sweet Auburn area. If you choose to travel in an active way, the Atlanta BeltLine offers rentable bikes to explore the city. Due to the popular location, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.

We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule!
