Parking Notes: You can park one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway. There is also ample unmarked parking throughout the facility. Please note that trailers are not allowed in any parking area. Please be careful in the winter, the driveway has a slight incline and it can be slippery when there is ice and/or snow present. The walkways and driveways will be attended to, but if the weather is particularly bad, it may take a while. There is a barrel of rock salt and a shovel available for you if needed. There is also ample unmarked parking throughout the facility.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
