Landings 2660 is a 1,888 square foot 3-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom private home in a great subdivision close to the slopes that sleeps 8-9 people. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and spacious. There is a gas fireplace, flat screen HD TV with cable box and Blue Ray DVD player, and a large deck off the living room with a hot tub. The master bedroom is replete with a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom offers a set of bunk beds (twin/double futon) plus a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD player. Other amenities include a 1-car garage and a washer and dryer. The total square footage is 1,888. This home is not far from a bus stop and is close to the slopes and the Gondola, so close that you can walk to the slopes via a bike path. Please note that there is a DSL connection with wireless internet access for your convenience in this particular property.

 

Please note, there is only parking for three vehicles (one in the garage and two in the driveway) at this property. Parking on the street is prohibited in the Landings neighborhood.

 

Guests staying at Landings 2660 have the added convenience of a ski locker located at the SportStalker in Gondola Square just steps from the Gondola and Christie Peak Express lifts.

 

DOG FRIENDLY HOME: This property allows up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be registered at check-in, and a $50 per dog, per day fee (plus tax) is required prior to check-in. All stays at this property with a dog must also purchase the $59 (plus tax) Peace of Mind Security Damage Waiver. Each guest who brings a dog must sign the Guest's Acceptance of Responsibility for the Canine Code of Conduct upon check-in.
