Our housekeeping staff are using disinfectants that are EPA-registered as “approved for use against COVID-19”. Our team is well-versed and trained on effective disinfecting, including proper application processes and thoroughly disinfecting all hard surfaces, spending extra time focusing efforts on cleaning and disinfecting “high-touch” contact points including but not limited to: doorknobs, locks, thermostats, light switches, fan pulls, stair railings, remotes, wardrobe & cabinet handles, and toilets.
Additionally, our cleaners are washing their hands frequently and donning new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as they move between each property.

On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms - one down a private hallway which offers two queen beds, a wet bar, and full ensuite bathroom, the other offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious back deck with dining area and lounge area overlooking a privately fenced backyard for maximum privacy. Two outdoor showers provide a spot to rinse the sand off after a day in the sun.
Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms - one featuring a king bed and one with two queen beds - a large full bathroom, and a spiral staircase to the upstairs lookout area with 360 degree views of Folly Beach! The Folly Peach is private and conveniently located near restaurants and shops on Folly Beach making it the ideal spot for your beach vacation!
