The building has been undergoing project to update the elevators for the last three years. The association is currently collecting $1,000 each month from the owners to build the funds to do so. This means that they often only service one elevator to work or when weather conditions get too rough guests will have to climb the stairs. Please read all reviews and information provided before proceeding with the reservation. Otherwise, the unit itself is great and a one-of-a-kind deal in Waikiki. Some guests do not mind or have not had much trouble with the elevators.

Owner reserves the right to cancel this Rental Agreement without prior notice, at any time and without liability in the event of a sale of the Unit, or if the Unit becomes uninhabitable, damaged or otherwise unavailable. In this case, a full refund will be issued to Guest
