We have a large glass-sided sunny bedroom with a new high-end Casper king-sized brass bed, conveniently located with one bath on the main floor. This bedroom is also equipped with room-darkening up/down shades and a ceiling fan. Upstairs are another large bedroom with king-size Tempurpedic bed, second bedroom with Casper twin beds (2 beds) and a 5-piece bathroom (including glass shower) that features the original claw-footed bathtub (completely renovated, of course). Both upstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans. A fully equipped, large kitchen with commercial-style gas range, and dining room for 6 will enable you to host small dinner parties. Downstairs is a newly created entertainment rec room with TV and surround sound, wet bar, electric fireplace, and full laundry. Relax in wicker chairs on our front porch or in our charming "Charleston style" side garden. Unlike many Seattle homes, our house has central air conditioning and a heat pump. While this is an urban home, we have added special noise-reducing window inserts and custom window treatments to minimize city noise.
