This home is perched up above Lake Chelan, less than a mile from the sandy beach, swimming area, Little Bear Trailhead, and boat launch at Lake Chelan State Park. Enjoy a creekside lunch and a round of miniature golf at the Alpenhorn Cafe, located just down the road. Here on the south shore of Lake Chelan, you'll be close to seven of the valley's wineries, with some featuring restaurants, koi ponds, waterfalls, or vineyard tours. Take the scenic ten-mile drive into downtown Chelan for dining, shopping at charming boutiques, and family fun at Slidewaters.

Parking Notes: You may park two vehicles in the upper driveway and two in the lower driveway.

 

Water Access: A dedicated boat slip is located at the Ridge View HOA Marina, 2.2 miles away at 3438 S Lakeshore Rd., Chelan, WA 98816. This area is for overnight boat moorage and loading and unloading. Please do not use this area for swimming/lounging. A great sandy beach, swim area, and boat launch are located at Lake Chelan State Park, just one mile away from the home. A Discover Pass is required and can be purchased at the park.

 

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

 

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
