Beautiful beachfront condominium located in the town of San Juan Del Sur. The condominium is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities. There is a private beachfront clubhouse with a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and spa and direct access to a lovely beach coast.

 

The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The condo has two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a master bedroom with a king bed), two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar and granite counter tops. Spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views. A smart TV with cable and and high speed Internet access with WIFI. Our guests also have access to our roof top terrace with spa and bar area. It has private open parking for guests and its a gated community with 24 hr security for our guests safety.

 

Electricity: All of it is not included in the rental price. For short term rentals we include 30kw/h per day, if you use more than that you will be charged USD0.50 cents per Kw/h. For long term rentals (more than a month) we do not include electricity at all and it must be paid separately. The average usage is 15-30kw/h per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us maintain our rental price as electricity in Nicaragua is very expensive. Please turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when not in use. Please note that upon arrival, you will be asked to sign an agreement in which you accept responsibility for paying electricity if you exceed usage as stated above and also agreeing to pay any damage done to the apartment.
