Acorn Timbers sleeps 9 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, washer and dryer, satellite TV, VCR, charcoal grill, and row boat. All you need to bring is your food and clothes!
Very quiet and secluded "Acorn Timbers" is close to historic Jefferson, Marshall or Longview Texas not to mention that we are not far from the gambling boats and clubs of Louisiana.

A $150 deposit is required to hold your reservation. If the deposit is not received 7 days after the reservation is
made we may cancel the reservation.
Property Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you, less a $25 processing fee, provided that your cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to stay.
