Property Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled at least 10 DAYS prior to stay will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $2 per day from the booking date until the cancellation date, with a minimum of $45.50 and a maximum of the deposit received. We regret that for cancellations less than 10 DAYS prior to stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note the 10 DAYS notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. \'No Shows\' and early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
BOOKINGS: A deposit of 20% of the total booking is required, with a minimum of $150 dollars.
